TLC will be offering both in-person and virtual tutoring during the Spring 2022 semester. We will continue to offer our virtual tutoring services via Microsoft Teams and are happy to offer in-person services on the second floor of Lee Hall! Click here to see in-person subjects.
If you want to participate in remote tutoring, please make sure you have a working microphone on your device and follow the steps below. Microsoft Teams is part of Office 365, so every UL Lafayette student has access to this product for free. Join the TLC Tutoring Team on MS Teams by using code: tgd9z47
If you are interested in in-person tutoring options, please call, chat, or visit us for more information! In order to continue to offer in-person services, TLC will enforce University mask guidelines.
How to Access TLC Tutoring via MS Teams
1. First, you will need to schedule an appointment. Here is how you schedule an appointment.
2. Once your appointment is scheduled, you will be added to the TLC Tutoring Team on MS Teams. You can also add yourself to our team by using code tgd9z47. You will be able to access the TLC Tutoring Team quickly and easily from the MS Teams app by clicking the Teams icon.
You will also receive a confirmation email with the code to join the TLC Tutoring Team site.
3. Once you’ve entered the TLC Tutoring Team, please start a new conversation. A TLC desk assistant, tutor, or staff member will greet you and confirm your reason for joining.
Scheduling Your Tutoring Appointment
The best way to schedule meetings will be through our chatbox (located on our website) or through Microsoft Teams!
You can add yourself to the TLC Tutoring team by using code tgd9z47 and chatting with us in the Appointment Scheduling channel in the team.

The Writing Center is assisting students during the spring 2022 semester via the Online Writing Center! To utilize the Online Writing Center click on this link, then choose “Enrol Me” and the Moodle course will begin to show on your Moodle dashboard.
