Want to know how to identify procrastination and "blast" it with positive changes?  We will guide you through the various study methods, reading and note-taking techniques, and provide you with valuable take away resources available to help you to be successful.

Attending this workshop will help you will learn valuable tips and tricks to have a less stressful, and more successful, semester and will  help you prioritize your time and tasks so you are in control.  We will assist you in learning how to use tools to manage your time more effectively, while also setting and using goals to help keep you on track.

Dropping a class is a big decision... and a difficult one.  You will be informed about the decision making process, your options and the pros and cons of dropping a class and the impact it may have on financial aid, your degree progress and your academic transcript.

MANAGE YOUR STRESS AND YOUR LIFE (COUNSELING & TESTING)  -- FINALS DRIVEN WORKSHOP

Wouldn't you want to be able to identify your stress level and perceptions on life and key elements?  We will discuss techniques that can help you prevent stress from recurring and give you insight on how to keep your stress level under control.
