Employee Renewal Application
  • Please indicate if you are returning to The Learning Center for the next semester
  • Outline your preferred working hours and preferences for tutoring
  • TUTORS: Cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 required for continued employment
  • DESK/LAB: Cumulative GPA of at least 2.0 required for continued employment
  • (Additional requirements apply for CRLA certification)

Absence Request Form

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three (3) business days notice before date of absence
  • Desk/Lab Assistants are required to find coverage for their shift
  • Tutors must attempt to find coverage for any SI/Study Groups that will be missed
  • Forms will be reviewed in the order they are received
Semester Work Schedule
  • Submit your regular working schedule for the semester.
  • SI Leaders: Do not forget to schedule your SI class to attend.
​​Finals Week Schedule
  • Outline your preferred working hours and provide a copy of your final exam schedule
  • List any SI or study group sessions (minimum of one session per group leader, per class)
  • Each employee must work at least 50% of weekly schedule hours
  • TLC employees CAN WORK UP TO WEEKLY MAX HOURS
