Employee Renewal Application
- Please indicate if you are returning to The Learning Center for the next semester
- Outline your preferred working hours and preferences for tutoring
- TUTORS: Cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 required for continued employment
- DESK/LAB: Cumulative GPA of at least 2.0 required for continued employment
- (Additional requirements apply for CRLA certification)
Returning / Not Returning Form
Requirements:
- Minimum of three (3) business days notice before date of absence
- Desk/Lab Assistants are required to find coverage for their shift
- Tutors must attempt to find coverage for any SI/Study Groups that will be missed
- Forms will be reviewed in the order they are received
Semester Work Schedule
- Submit your regular working schedule for the semester.
- SI Leaders: Do not forget to schedule your SI class to attend.
Finals Week Schedule
- Outline your preferred working hours and provide a copy of your final exam schedule
- List any SI or study group sessions (minimum of one session per group leader, per class)
- Each employee must work at least 50% of weekly schedule hours
- TLC employees CAN WORK UP TO WEEKLY MAX HOURS
