Academic Probation/Suspension

A student will be placed on academic probation whenever the cumulative grade point average is 10 or more quality points below a 2.0 average. A student on academic probation must earn a 2.0 semester GPA to avoid suspension. Once on academic probation, a student will remain on probation until the cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or higher is achieved. When a student on academic probation earns a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or better they will be placed in academic good standing.
