If you are more visual (learn by seeing)
  • Try mapping or diagramming
  • Add color
  • Use flash cards
 
If you are more auditory (learn by hearing) or kinesthetic (enjoy movement)
  • Tape lectures (if instructor permits) & listen while doing some other activity
  • Study with a friend or join a study group
