Campus Administrative Professionals Society

Campus Administrative Professionals Society is the name given to meetings sponsored by the Academic Success Center at UL Lafayette for the purpose of sharing information with campus administrative professionals. FERPA - Family Education Rights and Privacy Act - federal law protecting privacy of students education records. Find out how it affects you and handling information regarding student records.
ISIS Online Tutorial (PPT) - an ISIS Quick Reference on how to navigate the Integrated Student Information System
New Advisor Training - although geared toward the academic advisor, this training provides staff with very useful information to help answer student questions. The training "walks" you through ISIS and the ULink Advising Profile screens. Includes link to Advisor Handbook.
Sexual Harassment Policy - be informed about University's policy on sexual harassment.
Staff Handbook - staff manual on everything from completing a purchase requisition to where to dine on campus.
Student Aid Handbook (PDF) - useful tool in training student workers. Includes the confidentiality form student workers are required to read and sign.
